Empire Foods is pleased to announce the successful shipment of the first four containers of premium Frozen Festival Strawberries (Class A, uncalibrated) to its European partner, marking the beginning of deliveries under the recently signed 5,000-ton export contract. This achievement highlights the company’s operational efficiency and commitment to fulfilling large-scale international agreements on time, while maintaining the superior quality that Empire Foods is known for. The strawberries were carefully selected, rapidly frozen using advanced IQF technology, and packed to preserve their natural taste, texture, and bright red color throughout transit.

Each container was thoroughly inspected and tested in accordance with European Union food safety and quality standards before shipment. Tests covered pesticide residue levels(MRLs), microbiological safety arameters including Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli, and Salmonella, as well as heavy metal detection, Brix level assessments, and visual quality checks to ensure consistent color and firmness. All test results confirmed full compliance with EU import regulations. This milestone reflects Empire Foods’ ongoing dedication to excellence, transparency, and strengthening Egypt’s position as a trusted supplier of world-class frozen fruits to European markets.
